Before you post, ask yourself: “Why should my dream client care?” As a founder and experienced solopreneur it matters that you stop and reflect on the intention behind your content. If you don't. ▻ You will miss out on creating a brand that builds trust. Here are 3 benefits that all of my clients witnessed by prioritizing the question above: → Their content speaks directly to their dream client. → The outcome of their offer is clear. → Their story is creating impact and leads. Prioritize your brand → Build Trust. ————— If you’re a founder who wants to build trust (which brings leads and sales), DM me for more information on how I can help you.

Build in public moment as we approach Q3: Want to make a confession around something I feel a tad guilty about. I'd love to say I'm 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒏 on one thing, pure and simple.. ➡️ But I actually have three different types of projects going on: 1. Copywriting for clients 2. Email marketing/list management 3. My personal projects related to fitness and wellness (which involve copywriting for myself, and ultimately list management too) You see, I've always struggled with the demand to niche myself down into ONE THING, but the truth is.... I'll probably never be or do just one thing. I may never be the "perfect professional." ✨ That said, I'm also quite chuffed that I've boiled it down as far as I have, to *only* three primary areas of focus. (Actually, I really have four projects going on, if you count raising my 4-year-old son.) So yeah. I'm busy over here, lol. How about yourself? How are you reconciling the need to "niche down" with the need to stay true and authentic to all that you are? Would love to hear your experience in the comments. #niche #Q3 #entrepreneur #marketing PS: Yes, I'm wearing sunblock and glowing with the dew of perspiration in this picture... It's been hot and humid here lately!

My real estate client started getting over 25,000 views on his posts in just one month. But it didn't happen all at once this time. I tried two different strategies for his profile. Surprisingly, the second one worked! 1st content strategy - Posted 5x a week - Engaged with niche-based profiles - Posted only TOFU and MOFU content. - Posted content about leadership and entrepreneurship with his pictures. Results -> 2000-3000 impressions -> 30+ comments. -> 70+ likes. 2nd content strategy - Posted 5x a week. - Engaged with top creators too. - Posted 2 quotes, 2 creatives, and 1 story post with a personal photo. - Posted 4 MOFU and 1 TOFU content (as a client doesn't want leads generation) Results -> 25,000+ impressions -> 50+ comments -> 41+ reposts -> 600+ likes The point is that ~ Not every strategy will work out ~ There's no one-size-fits-all strategy. ~ It's not necessary that a strategy worked for one profile doesn't mean it will work for another. You have to keep trying different strategies and see what works and what doesn't. It might take time to see results, but it will be worth it in the end. P.S.- If you're a Founder, CEO, or Coach who - Wants to build their personal brand - Looking to save 30 hours a week I can make it happen with just 2 hours of your time weekly. DM me now and let's get started!

As a realtor, you need three types of content: personal, growth, and skill related. Personal content, which includes mistakes, lessons, and stories, helps build trust. Growth content, like quotes, hot-takes, and reminders, creates awareness. Skill-related content, such as tips, how-to's, and social proof, builds authority. Together, these types of content enhance your presence and establish your expertise. #RealtorLife #ContentStrategy #PersonalGrowth #BuildTrust #CreateAwareness #SkillDevelopment #RealEstateTips #SocialProof #AuthorityBuilding #RealEstateExpert

This one is for #solopreneurs. 😊 I know the struggle of creating content for your business. Sitting at your desk, feeling like you're shouting into a void as you wonder if anyone is really listening. It’s uncomfortable to put yourself out there, and the thought of sharing your services can feel like walking a tightrope without a safety net.😒 But here’s the thing: creating content is your safety net! 💁🏻♀️ Think of creating #content like baking a cake🎂. You wouldn’t just shove the ingredients in a pan and hope for the best, right? 😜 You mix them together, layer by layer, to create something delicious that people actually want to taste. When I first started, I worried that my voice would get lost. But then I realized sharing my journey and quirky stories was like inviting people to a party,🥳 Suddenly, guests (clients) began to show up! 🙌 So, lean into the discomfort! Talk about what you do, share your unique insights, and sprinkle in a few funny anecdotes. You’ll not only build trust 💯 but also create a #community that craves your unique flavor. Let’s get mixing and turn that anxiety into engagement! Woo! 👊🏽 ——— If you need guidance to find your content marketing flow or don’t have the time 🕰️ , drop me a text and let’s start your content journey 👍🏼 Sociojenics.com - Your Digital Marketing Partner ——— #contentmarketer #contentisking #businesslife #businessowner #entrepreneur #linkedinmarketing

I HAD to share this video Ravi Abuvala made... Ravi is an entreprenuer making mulitple millions of dollars a year, and he said... "I am trying to get as few views on my video as possible" Which is the complete OPPOSITE goal most business owners have when creating content! This is an extreamly important message more business owners need to hear: Focus on making your content SPECIFIC & RELEVANT to your ICP... Rather than trying to reach EVERYONE... "When you speak to everyone, you speak to no one" - Seth Godin Action steps: - Research how many people are in your market - Focus on creating content that reaches those people Do you disagree? Let me know your thoughts below!

This is a tale of two posts. Post 1: An irreverent rant about how to diss trolls without causing the algorithm to clutch its pearls and rap your knuckles for being a bad LinkedIn user. 8,091 impressions 127 reactions 137 comments 40+ new followers $0 in new revenue Post 2: An overview of my approach to writing homepages for solo pros. To paraphrase, it’s a conversation and your job is to answer your website visitors’ questions before they ask them. 777 impressions 15 reactions 7 comments 0 new followers Two new business enquiries from people who are my ideal clients. This is typical of my experience of LinkedIn. The posts that perform for new business leads are almost always poor performers when it comes to vanity metrics. They typically highlight my approach to a problem coaches and consultants are having with their marketing, and give actionable advice. Now I’m not saying only do posts like that. Heck no. That would be one dimensional and a bit dull. Also, content marketing is almost always about cumulative effect. Most of the time when people DM me about working together, they say something like, “I’ve been following you on LinkedIn / getting your Friday Content Crumpet for ages. You posted about homepages this week and it made me realise I really need to sort my website copy out.” So, you need both types of posts in your mix. The crowd pleasers where you’re playing / having a rant AND specific posts that establish authority and trust and show people what you can do for them. What I see is lots of people doing the fun posts because they tickle their dopamine centres. But people don’t do so much thoughtful authority building even although that’s what often seals the deal. And that’s because those posts aren’t so gratifying in the moment. As you’re planning for 2025, have a think about the mix of content you’re putting out there and ask yourself if you’re doing enough authority enhancing, revenue generating posts. #content #personalbrand #coaches #consultants #solopreneurs Sweary Scottish content expert obsessed with giving consultants, coaches, and solopreneurs the skills and courage to become more visible experts and convert that attention into sales.

I've been here only for 30 days And have already secured my first client. See, I don't have copywriting skills. People advised, "Learn first, then start." LinkedIn encouraged, "Just go for it." The result? I've received my second booking (The first one was already secured.) All I'm doing is very simple. I help solopreneur service providers in helping their clients overcome their concerns. This has been my motto from the start. Clear ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) → Clear Message Discovery call → (Give it a try, it's free, see if we're a good fit.) LinkedIn is a goldmine. Do what you are good at. Make it risk-free for people To get to know your service first. Stick to your plan, and be patient. Remember, it doesn't always take time. When someone is in pain, they seek an immediate solution.
