🌟 Celebrating a Milestone: One Year Since Receiving a Meritorious Unit Citation 🌟 Exactly one year ago, amidst long, stressful days and a whirlwind of challenges, I received a distinguished honor that I hadn't yet shared publicly: a Meritorious Unit Citation from our Federal Government client. This award was in recognition of exceptional performance, dedication, application of expertise, and significant strategic contributions to the client's mission. Reflecting on this time last year, I understand why I hesitated to share this achievement. It was a period characterized by intense focus, unwavering commitment, and navigating high-pressure situations, often with minimal support from the prime contractor and facing the aggressive demands of my client. Many days involved arriving before others and being the last to leave. Although surrounded by colleagues, there were times I felt isolated, as if on an island. The journey to this achievement was a climb, riddled with doubts from others, countered by my relentless drive to prove what was possible. Now, a year later, I look back at this accomplishment not just as a personal victory, but as a symbol of resilience and self-reliance. It serves as a testament to what can be achieved when you believe in your abilities and remain committed to your goals. I have been in and out of Honeywell due to the fact that time is our worst enemy, old people move on or up, and new people in tech support do not have a clue....when lightning or noise is staring them in the face. You know me...you know my capablities, and you know my products with first and samples...but what you don't know is we can also deal with noise. That is becoming as big an issue as lightning due to the fact that all PC boards are getting a lot smaller foot print. The same inductance but less capasitance = louder noise in a grounding differential issue between buildings. The lab does not show it...but as you know real world issue (international too) sees this problem. Thank you for all your recommendations of the past...present...and future.
