When someone asks what I'm grateful for, it becomes a rather loaded question. From my health to our country, there is no end to the things I could list. However, my daughter just moved back to Cleveland from WA state, and we will be celebrating thanksgiving as a family for the first time in almost 10 years. This has to be what I'm most grateful for, going into today. That being said, I want to shout out my sales team at Roundstone. We work hard, play hard, and truly care for each other’s success. This strong chemistry helps us sustain peak performance every day. I couldn't be more thankful for the people I work with and the team I have the honor to be a part of. One of my favorite sayings is, “Gratitude is the best attitude." I hope everyone can channel this attitude as you have a fantastic Thanksgiving. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Family

🍂 Grateful for 30 Years of Partnership and Success 🍂 As we approach Thanksgiving, I’m filled with gratitude reflecting on the incredible journey of Integrity Network over the past 30 years. 🥧 The Odds Were Not in Our Favor, but Our Determination Was💪 Here’s a fun fact: Over **50% of small businesses** wave the white flag before their fifth anniversary. And only **30% survive** past ten years. So, how did we manage to outlive these stats for three decades? Simple: - **A Team Like No Other:** Our team is small, but trust me, we're mighty. - **Clients Who Believe in Us:** We work with amazing clients who give us the latitude to be creative and recruit the best talent for their positions. - **Sheer Determination:** And maybe just a little stubbornness. After all, who wants to be a statistic when you can be a *success story*? None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our clients and candidates. Your partnership has been the cornerstone of our success and longevity. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has been part of the Integrity Network story. Here’s to many more years of collaboration and success together! Wishing you all a warm and joyful Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #BusinessAnniversary #IntegrityNetwork #Thankful

Yesterday, I celebrated my 73rd birthday with my family 🎈 ❤️ . I'm so grateful for this beautiful life 🙏 !!! I want to share with you why at my age I'm doing this project Passive Profit Partners I am doing this because I see there are gaps that we can fill with beauty, creative solutions, opportunities, well-being, and hope for the future of families and communities. Sometimes, I wonder: Why do I get these ideas? Why can't I just chill and be at home, rocking in my chair? Why do I have to put myself out of my comfort zone and take risks? And you know what? Because I have to make peace with this: Either I follow the conviction in my heart about these ideas needing to be materialized or I wonder what if I didn’t try? I prefer the first one and follow the call from my heart to create a community of intentional investors that, together, we build the good we want to see in the world. Because the future is now, and I want to build good structures for future generations. This world has been so good to me. I want to humbly give back and serve as a bridge of opportunities for others to experience a beautiful, loving, and abundant life for many, many, many generations. I think we can build more prosperity, one investment at a time. That our money creates a ripple effect of love. Do you resonate with this? I offer a 15 min free consultation call where we can explore deep into building intentional wealth🍀🏆.

Today, I'm taking a moment to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary, because their journey has had a massive influence on my motivation, professional values and approach in business... For over a decade, whilst I was a kid growing up, they both successfully ran a gastro pub in Essex, which required insane amounts of hours and commitment. Their dedication and approach to business in the Hospitality Industry, taught me lots! Here are some of the key things that I learnt from them: 1. Seizing the Day: The early bird catches the worm; success requires an early start and proactive attitude. 2. Think Long Term: Focus on building lasting relationships; look after your customers! 3. Reputation is built on the hours no one see’s: There is no elevator to success. These principles have been my compass, guiding me to work hard in recruitment and launch my own business, Owen Thomas Here's to my incredible parents and the powerful legacy they've passed on.🥂 #Anniversary #Family #Inspiration #HardWork #OwenThomas #CustomerFirst #Integrity #EarlyBird

Today on Labor Day, let’s celebrate more than just hard work — let’s take a moment to honor the deeper meaning behind it. The truth is — labor is service, and service is life. When we give our labor, we’re offering a piece of ourselves, an expression of love in action. Whether you’re guiding others, solving problems, creating something new, caring for others, or building a better future, know that your work is a powerful force that shapes the world around you. True fulfillment comes not just from the tasks we complete, but from the impact we create through our dedication to others. The most alive, driven, and fulfilled people are those who lead lives of contribution and service to something greater than themselves. Your labor isn’t just a job; it’s a gift, a legacy that leaves a lasting ripple of positive change. Let’s take a moment to reflect: How can you bring more purpose and joy into your work? How does your labor positively impact others, your community, your family, and the world around you? Enjoy the holiday weekend, and thank you for your countless wonderful contributions to making our world a brighter place! 🙏🏼❤️
