Master Your Amazon Ad Spend: Prioritize Products for Maximum ROI? Well, the truth is that all your product listings are built differently and the demand of each SKU might vary significantly. Thus you need to weight how much of your total account budget will accrue to a particular SKU based on its performance, market demand, listing state, product lifecycle, etc. A higher quality listing - a lower ACOS/TACOS due to higher conversion rates. That poses the question if you are allocating enough budget to these top-notch, well optimized listing SKUs. A lower quality listing - a higher ACOS due to lower conversion rate. This again raises the question if you are not overspending or bleeding your limited budget on these low performing SKUs. Running PPC is all a balancing act. It's no different with choosing which ASINs to emphasize in your ad efforts. Not sure what are the bleeders and heavy hitters? Go to the "Products" page within the ad console and check the ad conversion rate for every product. Sort by highest "Impressions" or "Spend" to understand where the majority of budget is moving. You can have a good pulse on the listing quality/state by comparing these numbers between your brand's products. By carefully analyzing your product performance and market dynamics, you can make informed decisions about where to allocate your advertising budget.
