#MondayMotivation 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝!!! 𝐈 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 500+ 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. (Thanks very much for the connections, reactions and engagements) After a layoff-like expression, I decide to get serious with growing my linkedin account. And I started with 3 posts daily in the first week. (Please, do not start 3 post daily😂, I will tell you why in another post ) No knowledge of how things work here, not even on positioning😂. Despite this, I joined the posting train. Linkedin became my daily and hourly routine. I spend 70-80% of my social life on linkedin and I am really glad I did. Yes, the time was not a waste, I met great minds and great people, noticed how things are done here and GBAM!! Everyday became an adventure to learn more. Now that I reach 500 connections, my new week projection is to do things differently, become more intentional, and consistent. PS: What is your plan for the new week? LinkedIn is tough. As someone who's been through the ups and downs, I can tell you that LinkedIn requires both creativity and consistency. Staying consistent is challenging, and there were times when I felt like giving up. When I first started, it was a struggle. Every post felt like a shot in the dark. But as I became more active, things got easier. Engagement started to flow in, and I felt like I was making real progress. And suddenly, the engagement dropped. It felt like I was back at square one. This was a tough pill to swallow, and I seriously considered quitting. But I didn't. And I'm glad I didn't. This experience taught me a crucial lesson: keep moving forward, even when it's tough. It's just a phase that you'll get through with time and continuous effort. Your struggles today shape your success tomorrow. Persistence is key. The more you push through, the stronger you become. Life is a journey, filled with highs and lows, but every step you take helps you grow. So, hang in there. Keep going. Your hard work will pay off in the long run. Remember: No matter how hard it is now, one day you'll look back and realize how your struggles transformed your life for the better. 🎯 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 It’s the weekend, LinkedIn family💃🥳, so I’ll keep things lighthearted with a story. 😊 One day, I came across a post by this boy interning at an organization I admire. I loved his work, so I commented on his post, liked a few others, and then sent him a connection request. Guess what? He viewed my profile (LinkedIn told me, of course) and... ignored my request. For some reason, I was hurt! ☹️ His profile wasn’t even that big 😂, so I couldn’t blame it on being too busy or "doing that thing big profiles do" where they rarely accept requests. But instead of dwelling on it, I made it my petty motivation to show up consistently on LinkedIn (okay, maybe I'm dwelling a little). One day, I'll build a profile so strong, so visible, that he won't be able to ignore my name if he sees it again.😊 (Yes, yes, I know he probably doesn’t even remember who I am 😂!) ✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻? We can find motivation in the smallest things, those little nudges aside from the big goals that keep us consistent. While I have bigger goals driving me—like I shared at the start of this challenge—this little "petty push" adds to the fire. So, tell me—do you have any petty reasons that keep you showing up? But we forget that 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮. And with that - Instead of fixating on when things will happen, I’ve learned to focus on growth, resilience, and the steps I can take today. Lets go through some insights that I’ve gathered along the way: ↳ Celebrate small wins, who said 20 likes, 8 comments was less? ↳ Stay curious, ‘cause you never know which incident might blast your head with a dozen new ideas! ↳ Build your network, it’s so hard to find people who actually celebrate your wins and help you grow. ↳ Practice patience, ‘cause quitting even before you made a good start ain’t leading you anywhere.. ↳ Reflect and adapt, being open to change is the key!
