Lately, I’ve been lucky to join some awesome programs around the world, meeting entrepreneurs at all stages. For anyone starting out, here are 3 things I think every founder needs to hear: 1. This week I had the pleasure to be part of the deutsche-startups.de #startupland conference in Cologne. 🚀 💬 I had an inspiring conversation on stage with Zenjob co-founder Frederik Fahning, in which he spoke about Zenjob's development from startup to grown-up and his personal journey as an entrepreneur. 💭 My key take-aways 💡 →  Culture is key: in order to scale as a company and grow as a team, you need to establish a strong culture and values, right from the start. →  Always keep learning: if things don't work out, take a step back, be honest about what needs to change, and get to work. →  There is no standard journey, or CV in order to be a successful entrepreneur, as long as there is a passion for entrepreneurship and the willingness to work hard. →  When is the best time to found a company?
