Dear all valued connections, Our client is urgently hiring Investment Accounting Manager (strong in finance and investment analysis in real estate projects) as below 🌸Position: Investment Accounting Manager 🌸Level: Manager/ Senior Manager 🌸Location: District 1, HCMC 🌸Salary: 2000-3000 USD gross 🌸Interview: 2 rounds 🌸Reporting Manager: Japanese General Manager 🌸CV deadline: 21st March 2024 🔸JOB DESCRIPTION 1. 70% of your task is for #budget and actual analysis in on-going projects in Vietnam (4 JV projects; 2 in HCMC and 2 in Hanoi area), 20% for #feasibilitystudy preparation for new potential projects and 10% for JV partners F/S analysis. 2. Effectively communicate with relevant members, i.e., PJ PICs (expats), Investment manager, headquarter members, and accounting PICs at local Joint venture companies 3. Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC in JV partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers. 4. Analytical skills are more important rather than detailed journal entries preparation or tax treatment 5. Prepare feasibility study (project cash flow) for new potential projects of residential development. 6. Mostly work in the office in HCMC, business trips to Hanoi, if any 7. Other relevant tasks on request 🔸REQUIREMENTS: - University graduate, degree in finance or accounting - Experience: 10 - 15 years - Working experience in investment finance, accounting / audit (experience at big 4 accounting firms is preferred) - Experience at real estate developer (MUST). - Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis - Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residentials) - Experience of working for joint ventures projects. - Highly proficient in spoken and written English - PC skills (especially in Microsoft Excel) - Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas, and willing to improve the current processes 🔻🔻🔻CONTACT FOR APPLICATION: Please kindly share your CV (in English) to email: Ms. Mai - Email: [email protected] Due to the significant number of applications received, we will only be able to contact those candidates who are being most actively considered for the position.
