🚀 **Empowerment Through Resilience** 🚀 As an executive coach, I recently stumbled upon a commercial that speaks volumes about determination and breaking barriers. It’s a powerful reminder that nothing can stop a woman—and I’ll be incorporating this into my empowerment discussions for both men and women. 🎥 **[Watch the Inspiring Video](https://lnkd.in/eJsA5V2p Why, you might ask? As a mom of three incredible kids—a soon-to-be 18-year-old daughter, a 15-year-old son, and a nearly 13-year-old on the spectrum—this message hits home. I always tell them: 💪 *Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot do something. If it hasn’t been done, pave your own way and be the first.* Empowerment is about believing in yourself and overcoming obstacles, no matter who you are. Let’s champion resilience and courage in every step of our journey. #Empowerment #Resilience #BreakBarriers #ExecutiveCoaching #Inspiration

#TheMorningInclusive Breaking Barriers: Caitlin Clark Signs Historic Deal with Wilson! 🏀 The exceptional Caitlin Clark, the Top pick in the WNBA draft, has just sealed a multiyear alliance with Wilson Sporting Goods. This isn’t your typical endorsement deal, it’s a momentous occasion for women’s basketball! 🏀 Signature Collection: Clark’s collaboration with Wilson includes a signature basketball collection, making her the first female player to achieve this milestone. The only other athlete to drop a collection with Wilson? None other than the legendary Michael Jordan himself, back in the 1980s. Talk about elite company! 🏀 Equality in Sports: Clark’s agreement marks the start of her professional basketball journey, echoing the historic significance of Jordan’s debut season. Wilson acknowledges that their brand is about commemorating iconic sports moments and aligning with pioneers who push boundaries. Amanda Lamb, Wilson’s head of global brand, expressed their pride in teaming up with Clark: “Caitlin Clark is not just a record-setting athlete, but a cultural icon who has had a profound impact on the game. We couldn’t be prouder to continue innovating basketball both on and off the court.” 🏀 Belonging: Clark’s journey resonates with generations of fans. From storing basketballs in the garage as a young kid to now having her own basketball collection, she embodies the spirit of inclusivity. As she puts it: “It feels surreal to have my own basketball collection, and to affect what that means for future generations of athletes.” While we celebrate Catilin today, we must continue the work to ensure this success is sustainability achievable for the many more young women who will follow in her footsteps. #CatilinClark #WomenSports #FemaleAthlete #Belonging #Inclusion #Diversity #Equity #Accessibility NOTE: This image was created with Copilot to summarize the above text

It is time to unlock limitless potential for a more equitable world by: - defining your boundaries - breaking free from limitations - defying expectations - embracing challenges - pursuing dreams - being resilient and determined *We must change the narratives of societal limitations on gender roles to unleash full potential. We need to constantly challenge stereotypes, rethink and reconfigure our understanding of gender roles, and ultimately promote a more inclusive and equitable world. *We should normalize the idea that talent, ambition, and success are not confined, and we need to unfold the belief that anyone, regardless of gender, can achieve greatness. *Barriers are meant to be overcome, and we should all pursue our goals despite societal expectations. "It's Crazy Until You Do It" is a commercial with a powerful statement on pushing boundaries, and it is about redefining what's possible. #redefining #diversityEquityInclusion #limitlessboundaries #womeninleadership #breakingbarriers #workplacediversity #inclusiveleaderdhip #balanceforbetter

I have a hard time celebrating my wins. While I love to celebrate other's, it is really hard for me to truly take time to share and be comfy with accomplishments and wins without just jumping into the next goal. The women pictured here have challenged me, encouraged me, and celebrated me in a way that I didn't know I could find in a peer community. (This is us celebrating and dreaming BIG time in Italy last week.) Today we are nearing the end of the quarter, and heading into a new season, I want to pose a challenge to you. 🏆 Challenge (if you choose to accept it)🏆 Look at the past 30-90 days and choose 1 thing you are proud of. It can be anything from getting dressed every day, to landing a big client, to mending a relationship, to progress in therapy, to a promotion. ANYTHING you are proud of. Then, pick a way you are going to mark and commemorate this moment in time. I have heard SO many great ideas, free or splurge. From buying a piece of jewelry or art, to getting a tattoo, to going to a nice dinner, or toasting with friends, taking a day for yourself, putting a sticky note on your wall, etc.... Are you asking "WHY??? Why would I do this?" Science! Celebrating your wins, even small ones, is important because it activates your brain's reward system, boosting motivation, confidence, and overall sense of well-being by releasing ✨ dopamine✨, which can help you feel good about your progress and keep pushing towards larger goals! If you want to share below please do, and I will celebrate with you!!!

In yesterday's group coaching workshop, I challenged the participants to explore what empowerment means for women in leadership. Empowering women as agents of change is a powerful concept because it recognizes the unique and significant role women can play in driving workplace dynamics. The participants highlighted many challenges and roadblocks they have to navigate. As a closing message I shared this video to wrap up what it takes to be in the the journey of empowerment. Enjoy!

This article is a must-read for understanding and eliminating the insidious cultural biases perpetuating racism. The recent women's college basketball championship highlighted how Black and white athletes are portrayed differently. Despite South Carolina's victory and the achievement of Black women and girls, the media focused on the defeated Iowa team and their star, Caitlin Clark, who were mostly white. This relegation of the true champions to the sidelines of their triumph is a powerful example of systemic racism in our media. These biases are invisible to white people until we have someone stick us into the shoes of our fellow people of color. #racism #equity #diversityequityandinclusion #antiracism Thanks Aparna R. for sharing this insightful article.

I AM VERY PROUD OF CAUCASIAN POPULARITY. I HAVE ZERO TIME FOR THE VIEW OR IT'S PARENT ABC OR ABC PARENT DISNEY AND THESE COMMUNIST DEMOCRAT LIBERAL PROGRESSIVE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EXPERIMENT FAILURES. This is why I sold a 7-figure position 2.5 years ago that I bought back in 1990 and held post ABC merger/takeover by Disney. Let this be a lesson to ALL CORPORATE AMERICA: People like me will buy your stock and wage change via proxy battles and shareholder derivative actions. In fact everyone who can afford to buy 1 share, buy it and vote me on the Board and as CEO/Executive Chairman. DO NOT BUY THAT STOCK IF YOU ARE FACING HARDSHIP, CANNOT AFFORD TO OR USING MONEY THAT IS NOT DISCRETIONARY INCOME, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE WHO BECOMES INSOLVENT DUE TO THIS SUGGESTION. I have a better idea: Make Disney pay all the benefits back plus interest at 18%. Then launch a proxy battle for the Board and install me as CEO and Executive Chairman. I will summarily dismiss ALL the woke/cancel/liberal, non-traditional family motivated personnel no matter who they are or their rank. I sold a 7 figure position in Disney 2.5 years ago due Iger and his minions taking a diversity, equity and inclusion path. I have zero use for any advancement EXCEPT based on ONLY performance, with ZERO deference to race, creed, color, sex, religion or gender. Period. Paragraph. End of story. End of discussion. I am like the USA military. I love Donald John Trump and DESPARATELY want him back as President of the USA. Ron DeSantis and I would make many deals, including me moving Disney from Burbank, CA to Orlando, FL Any removal of this post or any post on any social medium is a violation of Section 230 c 2 and is actionable against the social media platform, it's officers, Directors and management, including parent firms and all ultimate controlling entities, jointly, severally and individually. #FoxBusiness
