A very Black Friday as I arrived early at Leigh LC this morning for a swim, too early in fact as I had to wait for the Atherton & Leigh swimming club to finish training at 7am. Inspiring stuff though. 🥽 A few lengths before breakfast sorted out the 4hrs spent on the M6 yesterday, and the flu jab sore shoulder from Weds. Ready for the day now with the Wigan Council Health team.
