A Company offers 3 day work week. how does it sound ? is it possible/ viable ? Since, innovation is the order of the day, HR's & decision makers in Corporates also should look to innovate. They should look at offering jobs with multiple options like say 3 days work week, 4 days work week, 100 hours work month, 125 hours work month etc., Corporates can offer different pay packages for different category of work hours instead of having a standard 5 day work week or 6 day work week. This will help in getting best of the talents to work for you It will also remove all the complaints about long work hours, unfair compensation etc., Do you think that it is important to look at multiple work hours options & different pay packages for the same role depending upon the number of hours some one wants to work ? In my opinion, In terms of output, some of the most productive workers are: - Employees working reduced hours. - Return to work parents. - People that can build flexibility into their working week.
