In my mentorship sessions on sales, I often hear, "Our sales growth has stalled. How can we regain momentum?" My first piece of advice is always to take a pause. It’s like lining up a shot on a carrom board: sometimes, the best move isn’t about hitting harder, but about taking a pause and adjusting your angle, slowing down, and focusing on your next step.
