HEALTHCARE IS SYSTEM-BASED, NOT A SILO. The failed attempts of the simplistic models by these groups do not incriminate or undermine telehealth. Rather, they highlight the importance of an integrated, value-based care delivery model (ideally all under one roof within a unified electronic medical records system) with labs, radiology, technicians, rehab therapists, counselors, social workers, case managers, nutritionists nurses, pharmacists, and subspecialty physicians on top of a robust primary care base. 😷
