Know an amazing woman or non-binary person working in the digital space? Or maybe you are one yourself! The Women in Digital Awards are officially less than 6 months away and nominations for 2024 open May 15 🙌 Curious on how you can get ready to nominate? We asked the always wise Holly Hunt her top 3 tips. 1. Record Your Achievements: Start a note on your phone, do a brain dump and keep track of your achievements as you go. We quickly forget what we've accomplished. 2. Connect data to those achievements: Quantify your wins with numbers, percentages, or powerful testimonials. 3. Challenge your imposter syndrome: Nominating for an award isn't bragging, it's simply acknowledging and sharing some of the things you've achieved at work. #WomenInDigital #Awards #CelebrateExcellence #RepresentationMatters

🎉 Honored to be among the nominees for Digital Agency 100’s most influential people in the Dutch digital world! This acknowledgment feels already like a win for all the women breaking new ground in our industry. Being a female entrepreneur can feel like walking a tightrope. The good news is that we’re seeing more women step up as leaders, but there’s a lot more to achieve. Here are a few ways we can keep building each other up: 🚪 Opening doors: More women are stepping into leadership, yet there’s still work to do around funding and broader support. Some great funds today focus on diversity and inclusion so there is for sure progress. 🤝 Building strong networks: Connecting and collaborating with other women is one of the most powerful tools we have. I have been part of the EY Winning Women network and this powerful group worldwide truly makes connections and collaborations happen. 💪 Making diversity our strength: A mix of voices and experiences fuels creativity and better solutions. 👩🏫 Finding mentors: Having someone to guide you can be a game changer. Seek out those who have walked the path before you. 🎉 Celebrating successes: Every win counts. Let’s not shy away from celebrating our achievements, big or small. I’ve realized that celebrating energizes the team and energizes me personally. Check out all the nominees in the Digital Agency 100 here 👉 https://lnkd.in/e_WjeHp3 Congratulations to all 👏 #DigitalAgency100 #FemaleLeadership #Empowerment #WomenInBusiness #DiversityMatters #EYWW

Such a poignant statement: 'It’s important that we nurture their natural curiosity and creativity by exposing them to the world of STEM and the opportunities available to them.' Harnessing that enthusiasm and interest at grass roots level is so important.- the pathways into the world of STEM are plentiful, as are the careers that can be carved, but we must raise awareness of the opportunities that exist. A great article that hits home the importance of developing diverse talent pools. Read more 👇 #STEM #education #diversity #engineersoftomorrow
We recently sat down with our My Skills My Life role models, Obiye Ada-ibrama and Natasha Smith, who are doing great work with WISE member Northumbria University's Centre for Centre for Digital Supply Chain Excellence. ✨ Obiye and Natasha shared some insights into what inspired them to get into STEM and what we can do to get more girls and women to follow in their footpath. 🌟 Reflecting on an Inspiring Panel at GITEX! 🌟 Huge thanks to Sharjah Business Women Council for organizing such a meaningful discussion on empowering the next generation of female entrepreneurs. One of the biggest takeaways: inspiring and supporting women at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey is more crucial than ever. Today, most of the successful investors, VCs, and tech founders are men, making it essential to elevate women as role models and actively share our journeys, successes, and insights. We need to create more platforms to exchange experiences, showcase success stories, and break down the barriers that still exist. By doing so, we empower not only today’s entrepreneurs but also tomorrow's leaders. #GITEX #FemaleEntrepreneurs #SBWC #GingoPartners
