I recently designed a square poster for "Niche" Antique Store, featuring a unique touch: customers could write their feedback on the back with a vintage pen. This simple concept turned out to be a hit. 🔥 many customers appreciated the personal touch and took the posters home as keepsakes. This project highlights the impact of thoughtful design on customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) for me. By allowing customers to engage directly and take something memorable with them, we’ve created a meaningful connection that goes beyond a typical shopping experience.
