Want to create a ton of leads from Paid ads for your B2B SaaS now? You should start 6+ months ago. Sure, you can get some quick wins and generate many leads. But sometimes it doesn't. And if you want to grow, it needs time. Here's the reason why: - You cannot scale the search volume - Not all audiences are in-market - The top of the funnel takes time - You need to find what works Understanding the constraints is important. And you don't always find the right solution right away. In the case that the proven tactic doesn't convert. You need to experiment and test different tactics and variables. It can take 2-4 weeks to get conclusions. Sometimes it takes a month, and sometimes two or three, or more. And the later you start, the later you get the learnings. That's why waiting for the right time makes it worse. You will need "quick results" and the campaigns won't bring them. Don't overcomplicate Paid Ads attribution in B2B SaaS. Keep it simple and focus on what matters. Here are 3 things that you can do: 1/ Capture UTM parameters 2/ Use Self-reported attribution 3/ Implement conversion tracking (website + cAPI) + Use Fibbler for Account-Based Attribution. Build a full-funnel dashboard and track conversion to pipeline and revenue. Don't track only direct results but overall results - CPA, pipeline, and revenue. You should definitely see that something is working if you do things right. For that, you need to have visibility of your performance. How do you track results?

Here's how $32,200 in ad spend generated $228,000 in revenue from Paid Search for one B2B SaaS client. Here’s the exact process we followed to get results: 1/ High-intent campaigns We were very specific with targeting and optimized the campaigns. Here's the setup we used: - High-intent keywords - Desktops only - Manual bidding Optimization we've done: - Optimize the search terms - Build dedicated landing pages - Pause the keywords with no results - Increase bidding to maximize IS - Run bidding strategy experiments - Scaled the budget after proving the results We identified two campaigns that are bringing the results and maximized budget allocation there. 2/ Full-funnel reporting Build a report with these dimensions and metrics: Channel / Campaign / Keyword Cost Leads CPL CVR to Deal Deal CP Deal Win rate Won CP Won It gives us data to make decisions about what generates pipeline and revenue. And cut campaigns that don't contribute to pipeline or revenue. Seeing ROI in B2B can take time, but patience pays off. Typically, it takes 6+ months to close deals.
