Carta will prompt companies to get a QSBS Attestation to determine qualification. 3. Have been looking forward to this one for a little while! The final guidance on winding-up requirements for registered schemes under s212 and 213 of the FMCA was dropped last week 🎉 🎉 🎉 How has it changed from the consultation draft? Key updates include clarity on partial distributions, winding-up effective dates, and the tracing of 'Gone No Address' investors. The FMA also hints at upcoming class relief for overlapping reporting obligations, providing much-needed flexibility for managers.
