New Training content for The On-Camera Crew. One of the things I really love working on with members of The On-Camera Crew is mapping out new video sequences that will lead their customers and serve their business. This week I worked on building out the ideal video sequence to launch a webinar. It's one of the video productions you can select from the 36 pre-planned options from the Six Stream of Video. This sequence is one I've helped many people build out before. It's one I've done for myself and had incredible results from. It works for launching webinars, workshops, masterclasses, coaching programs and pre-recorded online courses. We customise each build to match the individual style, the market needs and the offer. No two are alike. But all follow a sequence that just works. It's about Form, not formula. This week it was the Program Launch Sequence. Next week it will be another video project - Signature Series, Rapid Rants, VSLs, Video Vaults, Curriculum Videos - whatever the members in The Crew need. All those trainings are part of what Crew members have access too. Every time a member of The Crew selects a new video production to focus on, we map it out in real time. We talk about the sequence and how we intend to lead the audience. We talk about script structure and tone. About how to use your 4 Voices Of Presence and what visual elements each video needs to draw an audience in, engage them and ultimately move them in to action. Then we talk production, launch schedule and distribution. It can seem overwhelming, but it's much easier when you have a film director working on it with you. Showing you the steps. Sharing the script structures that work. And directing your performance and delivery. I've been creating videos that move audiences for 20 years. I love it and I find it that experience makes it simple for me. I have such clarity about how to move an audience to any desired outcome and how to leverage video to grow a business. I share what I know works because I've done it before. I've made those videos, created those scripts and moved those audiences. And I share it all - not theory, but nuts and bolts - the script structures and the I love the fact that it's modular. Like a choose your own adventure story. Crew members decide what their business needs and then pick which video production will get them to that outcome. It's exciting times at On-Camera too - next week we have a few incredibly talented individuals joining The Crew. Smart, passionate and driven individuals. People who are willing to step up and take action to make happen what they want to make happen. People who are active members and I know will help Crew Members be great too.
