Greg’s thought of the day! When you see a face in a cliff face, is it a sign of something, or are you just spinning your own perspective? Like all things in life, we can find things in what is in front of us, but does it have any real meaning, or just you seeing something different to how it’s meant? You can see shapes of faces, people etc in the fur of a cat, and in nature can often see faces or ankk in maps in the cliff faces. This is merely how we take what is most thought inside us, and the shape will immediately come to mind, before you see the rest of what is before us. Each person though can see something different. Such as drawings, where you can see multiple things , if you care to look, and something totally different , when you upend the drawing. This shows how our mind works, and everyone’s mind works differently. When we understand this, we are also more able to understand how others think, and what they see, as against what you see. Appreciate these viewpoints, and use what you find of others you are surrounded with , to give you a greater viewpoint than you otherwise would. Use these differences to be a better performer. By understanding their viewpoints, and thought patterns, you’ll be able to have a more understanding relationship, personally and professionally, and be able to more easily reach desired consensus, and move tasks forward, both quicker, and with higher results. Don’t judge that someone doesn’t see a face in the cliff, and you can’t see the animal that they do. Use it to create an understanding between you, so a truly collaborative achievement results. Life isn’t just about you, but you and all those you associate with. Be a team player, and learn how others think, giving them appropriate consideration and empathy. A success life is achieved through multiple collaborations at various times. Look Learn Understand Work as a team Use individualisms Succeed
