“I like to pay more!” – Together with George Polemidiotis (Cyprus), Brian Kahn (South-Africa), Julian Cockain-Barère (France) and Judd H. Cohen (US) as moderator, Harke Plas (Netherlands) was one of the participants of the corporate round table discussion during the conference of the worldwide network CONSULEGIS in Cyprus. A multidisciplinary approach with both commercial and legal input that is focused on customization, can align the interests of both seller and buyer. Nevertheless, a lot of internal and external factors should be taken into account. It was interesting to see the differences between the jurisdictions involved of the members of CONSULEGIS.
