At Litmos, when we divested from SAP, the team wanted to make sure we had a voice our customers could resonate with as we navigated this new adventure. We identified the following values; Customer Champions, People Centric, Innovative, Fun, and Lifelong Learners. Throughout our Q4 all hands meeting, I was honored as the Customer Champion Lenny Legend! Yes, I know it’s halfway through Q2, I’m human?? I remember graduating from Auburn with a Communication degree thinking my core focus and priority was interpersonal relationships. After all this time in the CallidusCloud and SAP ecosystems, it still has stuck with me. Through having roles in sales, account management, and now a more formal customer success position, my day to day solely orients around those interpersonal relationships. I get the privilege of collaborating and partnering with the greater Litmos team and a subset of our enterprise customers. I’ve said it once, I will say it again, we as a business are nothing without our customers. They drive engaging, thoughtful discussions that Litmos gets to execute and deliver on, and I absolutely love getting the opportunity to be a part of the story and to see those conversations flourish. At Litmos, “we champion our customers’ success. A win for our customers is a win for us, and together, we make a powerful team. We go the extra mile to make sure our solutions exceed our customers’ expectations. We leverage our own solutions internally, making us better suited to understand exactly what our customers’ need.” It’s a driver for me to know my partnerships with my team and advocacy for my customers is recognized by the Litmos ELT. Thanks to my CX leadership, Jen Jackson, Bob Masuda, and Kevin Haas, for not only having my back, but the entire CSM team’s, and our customer’s interests/needs at the center of our focus. 2024 is well underway, and it’s going to be a great year for features and innovations and investing even more in our customers. So, here’s my trusted disco ball helmet and a few Litmos things I’ve accumulated over the years. Go Litmos!

Reflecting on Our Recent Coffee Corners: Insights, Innovations, and Team Spirit!   Over the past few weeks, we've had some incredible Coffee Corner sessions that brought our teams together both in Berlin and Prague to discuss key challenges, share innovative ideas, and celebrate our successes.   In Berlin, we dove deep into some truly cutting-edge IT solutions, and I was thrilled to see the tangible impact of our work on our Customer & Partner colleagues within the SAP Marketplace on SAP.com & the SAP community platform. The discussions were not only insightful but also showcased the power of collaboration in driving innovation. Meanwhile, in Prague, our teams demonstrated what it truly means to be a competence center in Contract Management, Order to Cash, Revenue to Recognition, and Procure to Pay areas. The emphasis on being close to our customers and supporting them with process management and tools was a strong reminder of our commitment to excellence.   These sessions were more than just meetings - they were opportunities to foster meaningful interactions, exchange innovative ideas, and reinforce our shared goals. The energy, creativity, and dedication of our teams continue to inspire me, and I'm excited to see how we will leverage these insights moving forward. I am thankful to have such great colleagues within Customer & Partner all over the world.
