At Plenty, we believe abundance, happiness, and fulfillment are our birthright. We practice being grateful to create this state of being for our loved ones, our teammates, our clients, our communities, and ourselves. We invite you to join the practice of gratitude by reflecting on these questions: ✨ What am I thankful for today? ✨ What brought me happiness and joy this past year? ✨ How can I share my blessings with others? https://hubs.ly/Q02Z5hSs0

I celebrate day of the dead ☠️ Dia De Los Muertos and here’s why: And it is not just because I have many friends from Latin America … 1) honoring legacy and the past: remembering those that came before us, is something I do in Life and at work! 2) letting go of the old: Like the ritual of saying good bye to our ancestors, we also need to say farewell to outdated methods, processes and models when looking to transform..! 3) celebrating resilience: By recognising the life lived by our loved ones, we often reflect on challenges overcome. I know that anyone in a business development or change management role will resonate with this! Do any of the Dia De Los Muertos themes ring true for you? I personally love having a time / day dedicated each year that challenges me to remember the points above. I want to improve as an individual and we learn from those who have passed and we learn from reflection. Comment below if you celebrate Halloween or Day of The Dead 💀 and tell if it is because you have children or is it because it means something to you?

Celebrating a Century of Life: A Legacy of Connection Reaching 100 years is an incredible milestone in itself. But reaching 100 years surrounded by those whose lives you've touched? That's the true measure of a life well-lived. #LifeGoals Western society often sends the message that aging diminishes our value, pushing our eldest members to the margins. In doing so, we overlook the vast history, wisdom, and perspective our elders carry. By setting aside the eldest among us, we lose a vision of the life we all hope to create. This is a powerful reminder of why #RepresentationMatters—because, as the saying goes, "You can’t be what you can’t see." Imagine if we each had frequent interactions with centenarians. Perhaps the daily pressures of modern life would feel a bit lighter, and we’d focus more on the life we want MOST rather than the life we want NOW. Ask yourself: “Will this matter when I’m 100?” As a new mom, this question feels especially poignant. It keeps the main thing ... the MAIN THING. It challenges me to build a life that endures through the decades—a life that values deep, genuine connections. I hope to leave a legacy that truly matters. #Legacy #Centenarians #AgingWithPurpose #LifelongConnections #Inspiration #MeaningfulLife #Family #Wisdom #MomsJourney #GrowthMindset
This past weekend we celebrated my Great Aunt’s 100th birthday. She is the second one in our family to reach the milestone with her mom living to 103. It was a blessing to have my son, the youngest member of the family, meet her. Seeing all my family celebrate her reminded me of the blue zones and how family is essential to a long life. The phrase ‘family is everything’ hits even more now as a father.

Happy Thanksgiving to All !! Today, I pause to reflect on the incredible journey that began with my first, tentative steps two decades ago—a journey fueled by dreams, determination, and the remarkable people who joined along the way. Over the years: 1. Projects transformed into meaningful journeys, weaving stories of collaboration, growth, and lifelong friendships. 2. Guidance from some of you became the compass steering me forward. 3. Challenges taught resilience, turning setbacks into stepping stones. 4. Failures revealed lessons that shaped wisdom. 5. Successes became the foundation of collective achievements, reminding me of what we can accomplish together. To my colleagues, customers, advisors, and everyone—whether at the forefront or behind the scenes—you have shaped this incredible journey, and for that, I am profoundly thankful. As I look back, I am filled with gratitude not just for the milestones but for the beauty of this shared experience we call life. Here’s to continuing this journey together, embracing every challenge, success, and lesson the future holds. Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with joy, gratitude, and inspiration.

Year-end traditions I have a challenge for us all. This challenge addresses something different from our innate ability to notice & resolve issues, weaknesses, mistakes, incomplete attempts at developing a solution. Figuring out what is wrong and fixing it is something that comes natural, and is very much attached to the oldest part of our brain, which is continuously on the look-out for danger, risks, situations that we need to avoid. Now what does not come natural, in fact, is learned behavior, is the habit of expressing gratitude, saying thank you, praising someone for something they have done for you, or accomplished themselves. And that is where I would like to offer the challenge, something I have always done towards the end of the year, as long as I have been working. In the next few weeks, write one or two specific emails per day to people whom you admire, to whom you are grateful....people you want to say thank you to, or praise. Be specific. Make it personal. Imagine them being in the room with you. You have no idea (or perhaps you do) what impact a kind thought shared in personal words can have on the person you address. Let's go beyond the spirit of this season, and touch with gratitude the spirit that connects us all: our humanity.

It's often easy to become engrossed in daily tasks and miss chances to express gratitude. I'd like to pause and extend my gratitude to Janis Ransom at Franklin Paterson Company. Having dedicated advisors supporting my success means a great deal to me.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of life, amidst our aspirations and pursuits, let's pause for a moment and reflect on the abundance that surrounds us. In every challenge, in every triumph, there lies an opportunity for gratitude. Let's be thankful for the people who support us, the lessons that shape us, and the experiences that enrich our journey. Gratitude is not merely a fleeting emotion; it's a powerful force that cultivates joy, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for life's blessings. So, today and every day, let's embrace the spirit of thankfulness and cherish the abundance that fills our hearts and souls. Gratitude transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary memories and paves the way for a life filled with abundance and fulfillment. Be thankful, for it is the key to unlocking a world of endless possibilities and boundless joy.
