We attended the CRO Summit in Boston hosted by Pavilion a while back. If you missed it, no worries—we've got you covered. Our CEO, Hayes Davis, killed it with his deep dive into the OODA loop and dynamic books. Hayes introduced us to the OODA loop, a framework sales teams can - and should - adopt for fast and effective decision-making. The future of sales is smaller, lighter, and faster, and the OODA loop helps teams generate more pipeline. Dynamic books is one way to execute faster, giving you better data, earlier visibility, quicker feedback, and more certainty. Want to learn more? Last week at the CRO Connected Autumn Summit, we were joined by RevOps Automated CEO Natalie Furness who shared "The Blueprint" for building high performance RevOps funtions. The key takeaways were: 1. Measure what matters 2. Build a roadmap for success 3. Ensure a multi-disciplinary approach 4. Position the team to perform 5. Match the team to the maturity of the business For me, the main thing that #RevOps needs to be to be truly effective and add value, is to have a dual remit: to be both strategically focused in approach and operationally proficient in terms of execution. One of the questions that Natalie raised that really resonated, is that when you do hit that level of organisational maturity and start scaling beyond a GTM team of, say, a dozen, what are you better off doing? Investing in adding one more sales professional, or establishing a RevOps function? Where is that tipping point and which adds more value? Interested to hear your thoughts... #CRO #SaaS #RevOps #RevenueGrowth #GTMStrategy
