𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 + 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 + 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝑭𝒂𝒔𝒕 = 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 I travel 25km for work regular where podcasts have become my window to invaluable insights and a catalyst for introspection. Today, my journey was accompanied by the words of Raj Shamani featuring Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy the Founder of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., which left me with a thought-provoking takeaway. Dr. Velumani shared, 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝑺𝑼𝑹𝑽𝑰𝑽𝑬. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑫𝑬𝑹. This statement resonated deeply with me, challenging the traditional trajectory we often find comfort in. It's a reminder that true leadership and innovation lie just beyond the boundaries of our comfort zones and conventional education. This perspective isn't just about career choices; it's a broader call to action to venture into the unknown, to learn and unlearn, to embrace risks and the rich lessons they hold. It underscores the essence of growth, not just as professionals but as individuals constantly seeking to expand our horizons. As someone who thrives on pushing the limits of what I know and where I feel at ease, this message was a reaffirmation of a belief I hold dear: that stepping into realms we haven't studied, mastering skills we weren't taught, and pursuing paths less traveled are what forge leaders, innovators, and change-makers. To my network, I encourage you to explore beyond your academic or professional boundaries. Let's not just be content with survival by adhering to what we've learned. Instead, let's strive for leadership by diving into the unfamiliar, where true growth and discovery await. #leadership #innovation #careergrowth #learninganddevelopment #DrVelumani #podcasts #morninginspiration #motivation #mondaypost #suratithub #rjdiaries https://lnkd.in/dhxJhUGB

The most recent podcast on YouTube was a fantastic exploration of the entrepreneurial spirit, with Thyro Care's Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy offering priceless insights. Because of his modest upbringing, his experience; "poverty gives you the power to make decisions." "A standing machine is a liability, and a running machine is an asset" was one of the memorable punchlines that remained with me. This potent analogy captures the spirit of entrepreneurship, emphasizing the significance of not merely existing but also growing and changing. One more insightful statement that was given was "Ideas like sperms - one in a million works." The path taken by Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy illustrates the fact that innovative concepts, like seedlings, need to be nurtured, patient, and willing to be that one in a million. We are really grateful to Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy for sharing his knowledge and to Raj Shamani for organizing such thought-provoking discussions. Regardless of where our path in life starts, let's keep learning, developing, and aiming for success. #Entrepreneurship #Inspiration #Resilience #TransformingLiabilitiesIntoAssets #thyrocare

"In Life, Either You Can Discuss or You Can Decide, You Can't Do Both." - Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy Day 10 of My 30-Day Quote Series Today's quote from Dr. Velumani Arokiaswamy, founder of Thyrocare, highlights the importance of decisive action. Endless discussions can paralyze progress. True leaders know when to stop talking and start doing. I heard this powerful quote during an episode of Raj Shamani, where Dr. Velumani shared his journey from poverty to building a ₹5000 crore business. His story is a testament to the power of bold decisions and resilience. Discussion is valuable, but decision-making is crucial. When facing a crossroads, action trumps endless deliberation. Reflect on a decision you've been delaying. Today, take a decisive step towards that goal 🎥 Podcast Link: https://lnkd.in/gRtNtEZw #Day10 #Decisiveness #Inspiration #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #BoldMoves #Mindset #LifeLessons

Motivation is like solar energy Without the sun energy is absent, Similar, to people like you and me who are hustling and struggling in life, Sometimes, we too need a sun in our life in the form of our ideal or a motivational speaker. Can we measure national success beyond economic growth? In this latest IPDC Lowy Institute podcast, I speak with Professor Robert Costanza of UCL about why countries need to move away from gross domestic product as the measure of economic prosperity and factor in other complementary gauges of success. In a time of high inflation, increased cost of living, and growing environmental degradation, he argues that moving “beyond growth” is essential to achieving sustainable prosperity.
