I am impressed with one thing: in his 50 years of career, he has hired more than 20k+ only freshmen in his company and has built this company. It sounds to me very interesting and that is why I started watching this pod cast. The journey and thoughts of Dr. Velumani OfficeVMO (VMO) have really changed the mindset of how to think in a crucial period and how to change things into opportunities, especially when you are struggling with your life. Today, my journey was accompanied by the words of Raj Shamani featuring Dr Velumani Arokiaswamy the Founder of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., which left me with a thought-provoking takeaway. Punch Line No. 4 : " Every Company has Underpaid Assets and Overpaid Liabilities" My Learnings : As an HR professional who focuses on performance driven workforce this one was more insightful, understanding the Assets and liabilities is also crucial for Human Resources, Dr. Velumani also added a method to classify the same with parameters like Stamina,Discipline,Intelligence and Focus.
