🔋 Spain Boosts EV Battery Production with Major Subsidies 🚗✨ The Spanish Ministry of Industry has promised 💸133M euros to Stellantis for a potential battery cell factory near Zaragoza, and increased funding for the PowerCo battery factory in Sagunt from 💸98M to 💸152M euros. Stellantis, partnering with CATL, is considering a 🔋gigafactory in Figuerelas, expected to create 3,000 jobs and invest nearly 💸2.5B euros. Meanwhile, Volkswagen's PowerCo factory in Sagunt is already under construction, aiming for 40 GWh annual production by 2026. 🌱Renewable energy and closed-loop recycling are key features of this green initiative. A new journey for SystematIC begins: Satori Electric CO. LTD acquires MAGnetIC Holding B.V. and SystematIC design B.V.   On February 19th 2024, Satori Electric Co. Ltd. (“Satori”, Tokyo, 7420:TYO) and the shareholders of MAGnetIC Holding B.V. (“MAGnetIC”) have reached an agreement on the purchase of a majority share position by Satori that includes SystematIC design B.V. (“SystematIC”).   Richard Visee, SystematIC’s CEO, says: “Satori’s customer base and global presence combined with our technology will take our customer propositions and customer support to a next level.”   In this transaction Satori will acquire all shares in MAGnetIC currently held by the Zeeuws Investeringsfonds B.V..
