I agree with you 😃. Tiny changes to an interface can have a massive impact on user behavior and help them achieve the freedom they want. For example, a tiny change in a form can help users move quickly towards filling out the form and understand exactly what to choose so they can avoid mistakes. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Why are you doing all this? ... is the first question you should be asking yourself when transitioning into UX design. Once you have found your "why", it will be much easier to define your "what" and "how". Go deep and analyze your previous experience to get a head start. More in the video...
