Then and now... I spent Friday morning touring BFI4, which was the first (and only) FC I launched. Ironically I was there was due to a training for my current role - where I lead teams building Seller & Vendor central tools and programs that enable better outcomes for our selling parnters. While my day to day has changed quite a bit (not too many 5S walks these days!) but what I learned back in BFI4 about trying stuff and learning fast still applies today. It was the best course in rapid experimentation, customer obsession and cross functional team work in product design that I didn't even know I was getting. Photos below: 1) photo post first Receive and 2) from a few weeks ago where I announced at Accelerate a redesign of our mobile experience, which my team and Ryan Melcher helped deliver. Also would be remiss if I didn't mention: looking for your next adventure? I've got roles in program and analytics! https://lnkd.in/gkZVBAMt https://lnkd.in/gqd9Xawi https://lnkd.in/gg9xBNim https://lnkd.in/gmeRA2uw
