Try to understand why they leave... Here are 5 steps to never losing a customer again: ↳ You don't have enough data on them You must constantly have data on your customers. You can never have too much. The more data you have, the better you understand your customers. Give constant feedback to constantly renew it. ↳ Keep an eye on the competition Your competition delivers more value than you do. Your customer will always be looking at what's being done elsewhere and the results being delivered. Your competition should never be above or equal to you. Always make sure you have what they don't. ↳ You have no connection with them. If your customer feels no connection to you, they'll go elsewhere. Customers like to feel valued. A customer who feels special is a loyal customer. A customer who feels neglected won't stay.
