What makes a cybersecurity skill building program successful? (Picture is me leading a cybersecurity training for military in Indonesia) I am skeptical about the long-term value of “one-time” trainings. Maybe some new ideas are gained, but there is limited long term skill improvement. The Key to Success: Teach, Practice, & Repeat. The only training programs that are successful are those that plan long term. Many training plans forget the reinforcement steps -- but that is what really makes training stick and be successful. #training #cybersecurity #APAC
