According to a survey by the German Digital Association Bitkom, the return rate of online shopping among German consumers is 11%, among which younger consumers return products more frequently. The data also shows that the return rate for consumers aged 16 to 29 is 15%, and that for consumers aged 30 to 49 is 13%. The return rate for consumers aged 50 to 64 is 10%, while the return rate for consumers over 65 is only 7%.
