Understanding the history of visa retrogression is an important reminder that it is always temporary and your turn to immigrate to the USA will come! 🇺🇸 It is imperative that you apply and get your place in line (priority date) so that you can immigrate as soon as possible! We recently saw a move forward of almost two years! Don’t miss out, as your turn could be soon! The EB-3 (Employment-Based Third Preference) visa category in the United States is designated for skilled workers and professionals. Registered Nurses fall under this category. Retrogression in this context refers to the temporary backward movement or stagnation of the cutoff dates in the U.S. Department of State’s Visa Bulletin, which determines when a visa applicant can move forward with their application process. This backward movement can temporarily delay the ability of applicants to move forward in the green card visa process. Retrogression is temporary. It has happened in the past and will likely happen again. Fortunately, the EB-3 immigration process uses priority dates (your place in line) and is not a lottery. When it is your turn to immigrate, you will be able to move forward in the process of immigrating to the United States as a Medliant USRN 🇺🇸 Your turn will come! Medliant continues to file I-140s to help you get your priority date and place in line to immigrate to the USA as quickly as possible. You will achieve and live out your American Dream! 🩺🇺🇸 #nurse #nurses #nursingjobs #registerednurse #nursing #nclex #ielts #cgfns #immigration #EB3 #greencard #prioritydate #uscis #medliant

🌍 Are you an international nurse with dreams of practicing in the UK healthcare system? 🏥 Here are the key requirements you need to know to start your journey to becoming a UK nurse: 📚 Educational Qualifications: You'll need to have completed a nursing degree or diploma equivalent to UK standards. The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) evaluates international qualifications to ensure they meet the necessary standards. 💉 English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. You may need to provide evidence of your language proficiency through exams like the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Occupational English Test (OET). 💼 Visa Requirements: Depending on your nationality, you may need to apply for a visa to work in the UK. Make sure to check the latest immigration regulations. 🤝 Employment Sponsorship: Securing a job offer from a UK healthcare provider is often necessary, as they will typically sponsor your visa application and support your transition to working in the UK. 🔍 Skills Assessment: Some international nurses may need to undergo a skills assessment to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the UK healthcare system. The first part of this is the CBT, multiple-choice exam followed by the practical observation exam: OSCE. This comprises of 10 stations with skills observed by an examiner who is a Registered Nurse. This is booked with a University offering the exam. 📋 NMC Registration: The next step is to apply for registration with the NMC. This involves submitting all required documents, including proof of identity, qualifications, and language proficiency. Once approved, you'll be eligible to practice as a nurse in the UK. 📅 Continuing Professional Development: Once registered, ongoing professional development is essential to maintain your nursing registration in the UK. This involves participating in relevant training, courses, and keeping up-to-date with best practices in nursing. Navigating the process of becoming a UK nurse as an international applicant can seem daunting, but with the right guidance and support, it's an achievable goal. Ontario's nursing shortage threatens the province’s healthcare system Ontario's nursing shortage is projected to worsen, with a deficit of 13,200 nurses by the end of this year, increasing to 33,200 by 2032. To address this, Ontario Premier Doug Ford has asked the College of Nurses of Ontario to expedite the recognition of internationally-trained nurses' credentials. Changes to Canada's Federal Skilled Worker program have also expanded the list of eligible occupations to include nurse aides and orderlies. Foreign nationals qualified to work as nurses in Canada can seek jobs and apply for permanent residency through various federal and provincial economic immigration programs. Diploma Recognition in Germany 🧑🎓 If you are planning to move to Germany for work, you may have considered recognizing your qualifications. Germany has different rules depending on the region and profession. For example, healthcare workers must have their diplomas and qualifications recognized to work in the country. On the other hand, IT professionals are not legally required to do so, though it can enhance job opportunities. 💡Stay tuned: The Skilled Immigration Act 2024 introduces updates that may make recognition optional for some non-regulated fields. However, for regulated professions and trades, it remains mandatory. At K&K, we simplify the diploma recognition process for nurses. We guide healthcare workers through every step, from preparing documents to settling in Germany. 🔎 Source: https://lnkd.in/eRinUuqF #diplomarecognition #Germany #healthcareworkers #nursing #nurses #registerednurses #enfermaria #jobmarket #ITworkers
