As you can see, Aaron is thriving in his role, mastering all the duties expected of an Airside Agent. This position demands adaptability and focus, and Aaron handles it all with passion and enthusiasm. Aaron's journey is a testament to how apprenticeships can be a highly valued educational process, offering practical, real-world experience. It's important to note that apprenticeships aren't just for school leavers.
