This is because man is intelligence, while the river is an element." Alexander Makulilo and Rodrick Henry not only traced back to the origins of 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐴𝑓𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑅𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤, a journal launched in 1971 by the Department of Political Science at the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania’s oldest public university), but they also explored its present and future.
