Don't get into Salesforce, it's not worth it... That type of sentiment drives me crazy especially when it's coming from people who don't realize how good they have it. I wish Salesforce professionals could all take a moment like the person in this screenshot 👇 and realize we've got it really really good. Let's not count others out, let's help solution a plan to help them. This year we have already launched the free Trailblazer Mentorship Platform with 160 Mentees already accepted and starting next week a partnership with Salesforce to get 70-100 individuals into paid internships. All while seeing 100+ members land actual jobs. These are just 2 examples of putting energy into innovating to help instead of guiding others away from their dreams.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝟐 𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 💔 . 🔴 I used to overcommit, which led to missed deadlines and incomplete work at times. 🔴 I didn’t document the code and overlooked testing. But I slowly overcame those mistakes and learned these lessons: 🟢 Carefully estimate the duration a project will take and manage the time accordingly. 🟢 Make the code readable and test it using multiple approaches to ensure no failures occur.
