If I were to look closely at how you communicate with your customers, I should see these prompts everywhere. They're like friendly nudges to encourage people to take action, like buying something, signing up for newsletters, or joining as a member. But remember, these prompts aren't just words on a screen. They're like signposts that help your customers find their way to something they'll love. Think about it: • Encouraging new customers to buy with a simple "Buy Now" button. • Inviting people to join your community by signing up for newsletters. • Making customers feel special by offering membership rewards. So, make sure these prompts are clear and inviting. They'll help your business grow and keep customers coming back for more.

How to get clients FAST in 2024: Over a long enough time period, clients come out of an audience in sufficient numbers. But to generate customers fast means having efficent ways to shorten time periods to cash. Therefore, we must construct efficent ways to identify the leads in our audience who most likely become clients as early as possible. For a lead to buy, we must understand intent and desire. The fastest way to do so is by initiating a transaction. And every transaction is preceded by an offer (IE a Messenger-Ready Offer™). An offer is an invitation to do something; give me your email, spend time with me, or purchase my course. Without an offer being made, nothing changes. In short, make better offers more often and faster. Did you make an offer today? — Enjoy this? ♻️ Repost it to your network and follow Miles Stutz for more.

Community is everything for B2B buyers in 2024. It has always been important, but now it matters more than ever before. Today, it isn't just about transactions – it's about building meaningful connections. Communities play a key role in establishing trust. For buyers who have to choose from a crowded marketplace, during a high risk purchase, trust that builds credibility is key. If we approach our customers with genuine respect and position ourselves as their advisors, partners, and educators without coming across as condescending, we stand a better chance of connecting. We need to create a space where experiences and expertise can be shared; a hub that fosters learning and enables discussions. Buyers want a two-way conversation where they can ask questions from independent sources. They want to hear from other prospects and customers firsthand to get unbiased opinions. Peer validation is everything! This is why user-generated content or the voices of industry experts matter. Buyers are approaching purchases with their own self-service research. They want to hear from others how they view certain providers or vendors, so they exchange opinions in closed communities of 'dark social.' In today's digital landscape, word-of-mouth remains one of the most powerful marketing tools. A strong community becomes the brand advocate, spreading positive sentiments, and influencing purchasing decisions among their peers. Building a community fosters long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. These relationships are built on trust, loyalty, and mutual respect, laying the foundation for sustained success and growth. #marketing #community #darksocial #growth

I don't understand why many businesses, especially in the B2B world spend thousands to develop their website. But do no investment to drive traffic and revenue from it. It's like building a shop but not putting up a signboard to attract customers. When you get to build a website do plan for how to drive traffic and ultimately help your business to generate revenue.

Most B2B founders make this one mistake - and it’s costing them clients. It is only talking about their business. - Let’s be real: nobody wants to listen to a non-stop sales pitch. - Yet, I see so many B2B founders do the same. - It’s the fastest way to lose people’s interest. Here’s the thing: ↳ People connect with people, not logos. ↳ People don’t buy from companies. ↳ They buy from people they trust. So if all you do is talk about your business, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity. ↳ Without a strong personal brand, your educational content won’t stick. ↳ If you try to teach your audience before they trust you, it’ll fall flat. ↳ But when they like you, they’re more open to learning from you. Your priorities should be: 1. Building a Personal Brand 2. Education/Awareness 3. Promotion Promotion is the last step, not the first. ↳ So, B2B founders: Stop only talking about your business. ↳ Start sharing your story, build trust, and establish a personal brand. ↳ Only then you can truly educate your audience and promote your business in a way that gets results. Looking to build a personal brand that sells? I’m just a DM away.

Trouble finding customers? So you can't find customers? Let’s break it down. Every business is unique, but the fundamentals of attracting customers are pretty universal. Now, I’m going to lay out some obvious truths: You need to have something they want. You need to let them know you have it. You need to give them a way to buy it. Sounds simple, right? But we both know it’s not. First, spend time figuring out what you’re offering and what makes it special. Check out my brand story template at https://lnkd.in/g6hcGG9r. This will help you nail down who you are, what you do, and how to explain it. Let’s assume you have a killer product or service. Next, you need to let people know you have it. This part is tough. If you can throw $100K+ at marketing, it's a different ball game. But if you're like most small businesses, where a $2,500 ad spend scares the hell out of you, here’s what you do: You grind. Networking is your best bet, and I don’t mean finding people to sell to. I mean building your personal network. Meet people in every capacity—join meetups, offer value, and don’t pitch. Say it with me: don’t pitch. Even when they ask what you do, respond vaguely or in detail, but do not pitch. The moment you look hungry and they feel duped into a sales pitch, you lose all credibility. Smart people will come to you when they need you, and they’ll introduce you to others. Do this on social media, in the real world, everywhere. Finally, build a stunning website for them to check out. When they visit your site, you want them to think, “Wow, this person is the real deal.” A proper website seals the deal. Get out there, network relentlessly, and make sure your online presence backs you up. That’s how you build a customer base.
