Today, we announced our third quarter #earnings results. While our revenue declined, margins are up, our inventories are down, we beat expectations on EPS and we are making good progress on our transformation. We saw many bright spots across our business in the quarter. To name just a few: - Wizards of the Coast Magic grew +3% behind the releases of Bloomburrow and Duskmourn - The updated Player’s Handbook for Dungeons & Dragons is the fastest-selling product in the game’s 50-year history. - Play-Doh had its best back-to-school season, with sales up nearly 20% and the classic 4-pack becoming the top arts and crafts item. - Our Board Game team continues to deliver standout products like Monopoly Harry Potter, award-winning Life in Reterra, and Arschmallows, our best-selling adult card game. - Supply Chain delivered another quarter of cost productivity well ahead of inflation, contributing to the +2.9 pts of operating margin expansion. This unpredictable period will be navigated successfully. And as economic history has shown board and card games are an affordable, magical and low-cost form of entertainment, stimulation and education that can do well during economic dark spots. Harry Potter Monopoly was a very exciting development. Years ago when Harry Potter Scrabble was released the first question I asked was where is Harry Potter Monopoly?

Based on the results a quick suggestion: Consumer Products business is showing positive trends in the Asia Pacific region, we can concentrate efforts in that direction for some region specific products and build upon the same to revive the consumer product segment further.
