Director - Transfer Pricing at PwC Belgium

Geopolitical unrest, rising tax complexity and pasteis de nata. Great to catch up with clients and colleagues at PwC’s global tax symposium in Lisbon last week! Some of my overall takeaways: - the elegy for Pillar 1 Amount A has been written - talking about Pillar 2 complexity can be therapeutic - there’s likely to be some more tax law cluttering before seeing the impact of decluttering efforts In our session “IP under Attack”, Ian Dykes , Sonia Watson and I talked about the impact of dispersed decision making, AI and local data on traditional IP models. Thanks to all who joined for the questions and lively discussion!
