In a business survey I recently read, one common response to high turnover was increasing recruitment efforts. Show real interest in your people. • 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Show up, show support, and celebrate the team’s progress. Your presence matters. • 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 – Ask questions that are important to them. Take feedback seriously, uncover pain points, and work to remove barriers. • 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘂𝗽, 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 – Offer them growth opportunities, skill-building resources, and paths for career advancement.
