📺 Did you get the new LinkedIn video scrolling feature? To compete with TikTok and Instagram, LinkedIn rolled out a video scrolling feature on the mobile app. It’s awesome! Seems like LinkedIn is feeding me videos based on the preferences on my profile and the people I am networked with. It’s easy to engage with the creators who show up in the scroll and I am seeing tons of incredible content from dynamic professionals who are embracing video. LinkedIn Provides Tips on Posting Short-Form Video in the App. LinkedIn has provided some advice on how to make the most of its new, full-screen, vertical video feed, which is essentially its effort to lean into the TikTok content trend, via short-form clips that grab attention. LinkedIn recently reported that “immersive video views” increased 6x quarter-over-quarter, while total video viewership in the app is up 36% year-over-year. So video is winning in the app. And as it tries to attract more younger users, it makes sense that it should also experiment with a TikTok-like feed. Below is an overview of LinkedIn's advice for reaching users via this feed. Tell us what you think in the comment section #LinkedIn #LinkedInupdate #newsupdate #newsfeed #digitalmarketing

Forget everything you know about consumer app marketing, because these two apps—Queue and Trip BFF—are rewriting the playbook. 🚀 Queue, launched just last November, already boasts over 9K reviews on the app store and 31K followers on Instagram. Trip BFF? They’re sitting pretty with a whopping 637K followers. Here’s why they’re winning: 1️⃣ Trending Audio: They use popular, trending audio so their content feels like organic content, not an interruption. 2️⃣ Show, Don’t Tell: Instead of talking about their features, they’re showing real-life scenarios like: - Before/After Clips: Like someone feeling alone, then enjoying a trip with friends, made possible by Trip BFF. - Creative Demos: Queue’s “POV” product demos highlight the app’s benefits in everyday life. Watching them has me thinking about how we at 3rd Brain could take a page from their playbook—focusing more on showing how we help couples lighten the mental load, rather than just talking about it. What do you think? Have you ever downloaded an app because you saw it on social media? #everythingisdesigned #contentstrategy #productmarketing #founderlife
