"Prioritize the relationship over the result." - Alex Hormozi 📣 Story Time 📣 I get dozens of content creators reaching out to me every single week wanting to work with us at Station Entertainment. Many of them are not in a place where sponsorships make sense, but over the past 6+ months I have made a conscious decision to meet with as many of these creators as possible to provide them with knowledge, support, a network, and more than anything.. I want to be a resource for these amazing creators who are working tirelessly to grow their businesses. I have zero expectations from these conversations. I just want to pass along as much good as possible to this amazing community. Well this week something cool happened. A creator reached back out to me who I had previously met with over 6 months ago. In truth, I had not been following her channel's growth, but over the past several months.. she has been working hard to grow her audience and engagement. In our follow-up call this week, she mentioned that she has been self-manifesting in her journal every day since our initial meeting.. that when the opportunity came, she wanted to work with Station Entertainment. She signed with us today as our newest client! I am thrilled to work with her going forward, but I am also convinced that relationships matter. Giving of our time and resources freely, without expectation is truly rewarding. Treat people with kindness. #InfluencerMarketing #CreatorEconomy

MAKE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT THE “WHY” - PSA: this is not a sales pitch I know what you are thinking… why does she KEEP GOING ON about the importance of live entertainment. Well firstly, it’s something that I am genuinely passionate about. Secondly, from my experience, entertainment is so often overlooked as an after thought, when in reality it should always be a priority. Entertainment should be the WHY. WHY people choose your brand, cruise line, venue, mall, event over another. WHY audiences return to you. WHY visitors post about you on social media and tell everyone and their cat to choose you over you competitors. Make entertainment your WHY, and then sit back and watch the invaluable impact it can have!

The power of funny, is serious. I read this by Tarek, and I couldn't agree more. Serious problems don't need serious answers - so why not make them light-hearted and funny? When I'm scrolling through YouTube, if a 30 second ads pops up I'm more likely to stop and watch it - if it's funny. The same goes if I'm streaming something on telly. The ads that my mum sends me - are generally the funny ones. My younger cousins (the Gen Xers) follow some FinTok accounts- they're brilliant. And they follow them because it's not only educational, but it's funny. I think serious brands, particularly in the healthcare and finance sectors (which a lot of the general public struggle to understand anyway) have a huge opportunity to stand out by being funny, but maybe with a sprinkle of seriousness behind it. Great read, thank you 🙏 https://lnkd.in/e8DJsTqB

🚨 Culture Talk Alert 🚨 What does it take to go from shy to viral? Just ask Melissa Sandoval—a Miami-based music artist whose quiet debut has sparked massive curiosity and support. Melissa first appeared on entrepreneur and serial investor Simon Squibb’s accounts, where he famously asks strangers, “What’s your dream?” In that first encounter, she didn’t even sing. But her story, and the potential just beneath the surface, connected. The video has since soared to a jaw-dropping 100 million views on TikTok—a testament to the power of curiosity-driven content and the magic that happens when people rally around a story. Now, with a follow-up video of her singing that’s already at 1.2 million views and counting, Melissa’s story highlights something vital in our culture today: content and community have the power to launch dreams, even when they start in the humblest of moments. Melissa’s journey reminds us that virality isn’t just numbers—it’s the connection, the anticipation, and the undeniable potential that audiences recognise and amplify. The question now: who will be the first to partner with this rising star? Let’s talk about it 👀 👋 I’m George Nikolaou, founder of MYTHOSMKRS—where we help forward-thinking brands and creative leaders challenge the status quo and drive culture forward. In the glittering arena of entertainment social media, it's easy to get caught up in the follower frenzy. The pressure to rack up numbers can feel like a never-ending audition, with "likes" acting as fleeting applause. But at RockinSocial, we believe in a different kind of spotlight – one cast on genuine connections. 🕺 ㅤ Here's the secret (no magic tricks required): focus on building relationships and the numbers will follow organically. How? Let's ditch the robotic routines and embrace the art of social friendship: 🤝 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 1: Authenticity takes center stage Show the world the real you, your passions, your behind-the-scenes hustle. People connect with vulnerability, not perfectly curated feeds. Be raw, be genuine, be unapologetically you. ㅤ 👀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Ditch the lurking, ignite the conversation Show up in the comments, ask questions, spark discussions. Be the friendly face in the back row, not the silent observer. Remember, social media is a two-way street, so step onto the dance floor! ㅤ 🤔 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Curiosity fuels connection Ask questions, show genuine interest in others' work and stories. Remember, listening is just as important as sharing. The more you delve into your community, the stronger the bonds become. ㅤ 🥳 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: Celebrate others' wins Don't see fellow creators as rivals, but as allies. Cheer their successes, share their work, build each other up. A rising tide lifts all boats and genuine support shines brighter than any competitive streak. ㅤ 🫡 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: Consistency is key to creating community Show up, engage, repeat. Building relationships takes time and dedication. Be a reliable presence, a familiar face in the feed and watch friendships blossom. ㅤ What do you think about this 5 step process? Was juice worth the squeeze? Kicking off spooky week with a closer look, but not too close, if you know what I mean, at the one and only Beetlejuice. 👻 Over the past month we have seen one collab launch after another. At some point most of us have wondered - does aligning your brand with this gross but fantastic character work? 👻 At System1 we have an incredible 'Test Your Innovation' tool where we can pre-test innovations (that's right, not just your Ads) based on emotion, share trading and speed. And, for the record, an incredibly fun survey to take, a bit like shark tank. 👻 What ghost had the most? “Stop making stupid people famous.” This has been an ongoing, evolving cultural conversation surrounding the rise of overnight TikTok virality. 1 moment does NOT equal talent + work ethic needed to be a successful creator. This happens because someone goes super viral, captures attention for a moment, then has a “brand”overnight. This isn’t sustainable, this isn’t real, and is extremely ephemeral. Let’s see more than 1 huge viral moment before someone needs a full team at UTA or it’s time to discuss record deals and tv deals. Clout chasing will never get you long-term results. I’ve worked with 100’s of insanely talented creators and frankly worth ethic will ALWAYS outweigh talent. Just because someone got a moment of attention doesn’t mean they’re ready to know what to do after.

In the music industry, talent alone doesn’t guarantee success… strategic PR plays a crucial role in turning artists into household names. Both Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan have shown that creating unforgettable moments and leveraging the right platforms can propel their careers to new heights. 📈 With her bold and unapologetic style, Chappell Roan found her breakout moment on TikTok, using the platform to connect with audiences and build her brand. Meanwhile, Sabrina’s clever tactic of changing the final lyric in “Nonsense” for each performance turned her live shows into viral events. These aren’t just fun gimmicks created on a whim, they’re intentional PR strategies designed to generate buzz and keep fans and the media engaged. 📱 🎶 Their journeys remind us that great PR is about more than getting attention, it’s about sustaining it with creativity and consistency.
