Great insights, Oleksii Mozghovyi! Tackling Shadow IT is definitely about more than just tools—clear communication and access control are key!

I 100% agree that access restrictions based on lists are a very helpful feature. However, I wonder why this feature is not referred to as Allowlist or Denylist. The old terms suggest that black is bad and white is good, but we have moved beyond that nowadays.
