Women in leadership: Inspiring inclusion Yesterday, I had the honor of attending an inspiring panel discussion in honor of International Women's Day. The panel highlighted the importance of women's voices being heard and encouraged them to speak up without fear. It was incredibly inspiring to hear about their experiences and challenges as women in leadership, as well as how to overcome those challenges. One organization that stood out to me helps immigrant women in danger who come to Ireland seeking help to reintegrate into society. This is a great example of how women in leadership are making a positive impact and promoting inclusion. Let's continue to celebrate and support women in leadership, and work towards a more inclusive future. #InternationalWomensDay #womenleadership
