1moGreat collection of best practices—thanks for sharing! Some unsolicited advice in return (kidding!). Right from the top of slide 01, on your left card, you have the action "Choose" with the flawed examples below it, while on the right side, the card prompts the reader to "Avoid," but underneath are the better examples you're trying to highlight. This same pattern appears on slide 02, where the "Avoid harsh" card also has the 'better' examples listed beneath it. I think the visual would be clearer if the choices you're saying to use were aligned with "Choose/Ensure" and the flawed examples with "Avoid." I'd love to hear your thoughts!
