Top Tip 1 - strategic planning for sports organisations

Strategic planning is so, so important for any sports organisation. So what's my top tip for today? Well, top tip is to have really deep and meaningful research. Research with a whole range of different stakeholders that's both one to ones focus groups, online surveys, data situation analysis. The deeper the research, the better that you will be prepared for your plan and getting ready for the the workshop to define your vision, mission and values. So really think about having deep research when you're starting the strategic planning process.
