Managing increasingly complicated obligations! As capabilities and technology have advanced, achieving marketing goals and dreams has become more difficult than before. Traditional marketing tasks like brand, creative, and consumer insights, as well as more recent digital platforms like performance marketing, retail media, and social media marketing, fall under the purview of marketing leaders. It's all on the table. The responsibilities of CMOs have now broadened to encompass functional areas such as AI, design, innovation, commercial, and product skills. As a result, growth-marketing executives' work has become more complicated as they take on more responsibilities within their companies.
