My top 10 tips for powerful workplace habits. How you show up at work matters and I’m seeing this reflected in job ads right now. Purpose-driven & sustainably focused, startups and small businesses, often seek the right behaviours and attitudes over skills and experience. ⤵ So, here’s my take on how to bring a success-driven attitude to your job: Offer thanks. Be punctual. Stay positive. Be respectful. Show initiative. Fulfil your promises. Complete tasks daily. Listen more, talk less. Embrace constructive criticism. Take others with you on the journey. 🌟 Jump in with these and I think you’re a strong asset to any business. Anything to add? #businessforgood #careers #purposeled #findyourpop

I’d add: understand the fundamentals of business and how you contribute to them. Not very pithy, but important.

Great advice! I would add, provide any concerns you may have - your organisation should be there to listen and provide you coaching tools or action themselves to address your point of view.
