We need a complete overhaul - a mindset shift, skills upgrade, ethos adjustment. HR isn't just about facilitating operations anymore. We must cement our place as the backbone of an organisation's future-proofing efforts. We need a strong focus on intentional culture building, continuous learning, and a solid commitment to diversity and inclusion. Technology is pivotal.
