I reviewed these insights with HR Community recently and the most interesting insight was the 77% that stated AI led to decreased productivity…. That draws me to some clear inferences…

While some challenges are not new -De rerum natura-, from my perspective, the success of companies will continue to depend on three basic things: 1. Constant learning. 2. Adopting long-term tech solutions. (We WorldLink US can help). 3. Promoting company culture internally. Which one is the most concerning for your company? ___________________________________________________________________________ What better way to grow than by opening our minds to discussion? While HR conferences are focused on AI and its applications, it seems that AI isn’t the top concern for HR leaders. For the third year in a row, Gartner has identified leadership development as one of the main challenges. With leaders facing increasing levels of responsibility and higher expectations year over year, the question remains: how can we better support leaders in such a high-stakes environment? In a world where leadership demands more adaptability, empathy, and resilience, developing effective leadership isn’t just about new tools; it’s about creating the right conditions to empower leaders as they navigate constant change and complexity. So while AI can improve efficiencies, the real challenge lies in preparing leaders to thrive in today’s dynamic workplace.

Some of the biggest challenges for #hr right now are all around #manager and #leadereffectiveness. Managers are asked to do more without effective training, coaching and development. What do you think? How does this show up at your organization? #gartner #hrtrends #peopleleadership

With the context of organisational growth, AI and talent challenges, this week's Gartner survey reveals that HR Leaders consider Leader and Management development their #1 priority for 2025. Despite 76% of organizations significantly updating their leadership programs and planning to increase spending, current results remain lacking… Only 36% of HR leaders think their organization’s current leadership development programs are effective at preparing leaders for future challenges. Gartner suggests that the methodology of L&D programs needs to be addressed emphasing the importance of leveraging personal networks and peer to peer connections to support ongoing development, navigate shared challenges and embed learning… #learninganddevelopment #strategicHR

Gartner for HR dropped excellent insights on 2025 HR priorities this week. My top takeaway? 2025 will bring a heavy focus on driving desired employee behaviors - creating awareness, motivating change and sustaining them for the long haul. Consider the following: 1. 97% of CHRO's want to change some aspect of org culture to better align the dream with reality in day-to-day work 2. That's likely because less than one in four employees say they understand the values that drive the culture... 3. …which is probably because 53% of HR leaders report that their leaders don’t feel accountable for demonstrating the desired culture 🤦♀️ If this is feeling familiar and you'd like to hear how ITA Group, Inc. has helped organizations bridge this disconnect and sustain those desired behaviors, reach out - I'd love to connect and can share what's worked (and hasn't).

55% of HR leaders say their current tech solutions do not cover current or future business needs (slide 6 of 7). So my questions are: 1. How bad does it have to be before you consider changing? 2. What stops you from changing your HRIS platform? I'd love to know your thoughts and comments.
