7 Essential Marketing Laws Every Entrepreneur Should Know Understanding key marketing principles is crucial for entrepreneurs. Here are 7 marketing laws that will help you build and grow your business: 1. Law of the Few Certain people—like influencers and connectors—can help spread your product quickly. By targeting these key individuals, you can expand your reach faster. Build strong relationships with those who can amplify your message and increase visibility. 2. Supply & Demand Before launching your product, ensure there’s a real demand for it. Conduct market research to confirm that your product solves a problem or fills a gap. Testing your idea with a small audience first helps validate demand before scaling. 3. Positioning Theory To stand out in a crowded market, define what makes your brand unique. Whether it's your product's quality, pricing, or features, make sure customers understand why they should choose you over the competition. Consistency across all platforms builds a strong brand. 4. 80/20 Principle This rule states that 20% of your customers will contribute to 80% of your revenue. Focus your efforts on serving these top customers well. Personalize your marketing and customer service to keep them loyal and offer rewards like loyalty programs. 5. AIDA Model The AIDA model guides customers through four stages: Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. First, grab attention with compelling offers. Create interest by showing how your product solves a need. Build desire by demonstrating its benefits, and finally, encourage action with a clear call-to-action (CTA). 6. Marketing Differentiation To stand out, emphasize what makes your product different. Whether it’s eco-friendliness, superior quality, or better customer service, highlight these unique features. Constantly innovate and refine your product to maintain this competitive edge. 7. Buyer’s Journey Your customers go through three stages: Awareness, Consideration, and Decision. Tailor your messages to each stage. Educate them in the Awareness stage, show how your product stands out in the Consideration stage, and offer a strong CTA in the Decision stage to encourage a purchase. By applying these marketing laws, you’ll be better equipped to make strategic decisions that drive business growth. #Entrepreneurship #Marketing #BusinessGrowth #MarketingStrategy

As a business owner, you're often told about the importance of being unique and targeting your marketing efforts effectively. But how exactly do you achieve this uniqueness? 🤔 Creative thinking and a deep dive into your market goes a long way. 💡 Instead of focusing on what your competitors' customers want, look at your past clients or customers. Who are the 20% among them? These are your most valuable customers. Now, understand the "why." Why did these customers choose you? What aspects of your product or service appealed to them the most? And what didn’t they like? Use surveys and direct interactions to gain insights. Remember, if your unique selling point is just having the lowest prices, it's a red flag. 🚀 By paying attention to clients who have bought from you more than once, you can tailor your marketing messages to attract people who seek what your best customers love. #BusinessStrategy #MarketingTips #CustomerInsight #Entrepreneurship ---- Connect with me and let's carve your niche! 👉 https://lnkd.in/gS4X_52C

One of the top reasons businesses plateau. They don't prioritize prospects in the consideration stage. When you drive awareness, whether it's through paid ads, word of mouth, content, whatever, people will eventually reach the place where they can make a decision. There's 3 buckets they could fall into. 1. They become customers. 2. They're considering it, but not ready yet. 3. They're not interested. Those in the consideration stage are usually the biggest audience out of the three. They're potential customers, but there's something holding them back. It could be timing, it could be price vs value, it could be they need more information. Developing strategies for those in this stage is what transforms businesses. #marketing #marketingdigital #marketingconsultant #business #business101 #advertisingagency #socialmediamarketing #metaadvertising #facebookadvertising #googleads #entrepreneurship
