By targeting these key individuals, you can expand your reach faster. Build strong relationships with those who can amplify your message and increase visibility. 2. Supply & Demand Before launching your product, ensure there’s a real demand for it. Conduct market research to confirm that your product solves a problem or fills a gap. Testing your idea with a small audience first helps validate demand before scaling. 3. Positioning Theory To stand out in a crowded market, define what makes your brand unique. Whether it's your product's quality, pricing, or features, make sure customers understand why they should choose you over the competition.
