Why do so many companies hate working with recruiting agencies? I get it. The skepticism is real. And honestly, in some cases, it’s justified. When companies hear “headhunter,” they often think of: - Huge fees. - Little to no understanding of their needs or culture. - A stack of irrelevant CVs delivered late (or not at all). With 4,446 recruitment agencies in Germany in 2022 alone, it’s no surprise the industry has its bad apples. Too many agencies promise the world but fail to deliver any real value. And companies are left asking, “Why are we even paying for this?” Clients have come to me frustrated and doubting the value of external recruiters. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Here’s what we do differently: - Job Discovery: We spend 30-40 minutes per role to truly understand what’s needed, who our partners are, and who will thrive in their team. - Challenge Expectations & Add Value: If a role is hard to fill, we’ll say so. With 300+ freelance headhunters, we provide live market feedback. Transparency always beats empty promises. - No Win, No Fee: If we can’t help, you don’t pay. It’s that simple. Recruitment shouldn’t be a gamble. It should be a partnership. Why do you think headhunters sometimes get such a bad reputation? #Recruiting #TalentAcquisition #Headhunting

Add "Are you hiring" to your recruitment agency website forms. Adding a simple checkbox for forms of your website means you can then follow up asking them about what their hiring requirements are and whether you could help. You could even automate the process by combining this with your email software to send a series of follow up emails. #RecruitmentWebsites #RecruitmentMarketing

So many recruitment agencies help put Indeed out there and on the map. Now they are screwing them over!!! We post on indeed and also do sponsored adverts so it’s not like we have never given them any money. This is not only going to affect the recruitment industry… It will also affect the economy and people looking for work. Not only that most agencies use Recruitment software so getting those applications onto their CRM will now be even harder!!! Recruiters out there- What is everyone thoughts on this? #indeed #recruitmentagencies #recruitment
