Today, we’re re-introducing Floor as Rally. New brand, new focus. Same great app & team. Too many people focus on “onboarding the next million users” to web3. Instead, we’re building the product that helps every person already here bring their closest friends along for the ride. The million doesn't matter. The one does. We're out to build a wallet that isn't lonely. That gives you shared experiences. That lets you win (and lose) together. We're doing away with seedphrases, gas fees, complicated funding flows, and browser extensions. You’ll see a new name, but you’re still getting best web3 experience on mobile. Now with incentives and tools to bring onboard your friends. Let's rally 🔥

Hey everyone 👋, It’s been a while since I last posted! I took a break from tech for a bit, but I’m back now with an exciting new project. I’ve been diving into game development recently and decided to challenge myself by creating a game in #Flutter. Introducing LoopLine—a fun, 2-player game inspired by the classic Connect4, but with a twist! Here’s the catch: after every move, the marbles shift in an anticlockwise direction, adding a whole new layer of strategy. It might feel tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly fun!(No, seriously—it is!!!) If you’re curious and want to give it a try, head over to the project’s GitHub repository (link below) where you’ll find everything you need to start playing. I’d absolutely love to hear your feedback! https://lnkd.in/gDwJzD_b #appdevelopment

Seven Dragons went live as a collection of interactive NFTs just over 14 days ago. They are powered by TokenScript and ERC-5169 meaning on-chain and off-chain info and actions are possible via the token UI. The tech turns the token into an interactive object similar to a mobile app but with ownership embedded. Since launch : - 77k NFTs - 25.6k owners - 4.6k trades - 12 $KLAY floor - 1500 $KLAY ultra rare - 1.5m game Txns This was a free claim drop via Smart Layer Launchpad to establish 7 Dragons as a passport to rewards across the Kaia ecosystem. It’s the 2nd Smart Layer Launchpad project and there’s 3 more in build right now. All using ERC-5169 and TokenScript to power advanced interactive tokens where experience meets ownership.

Before using Olvy, collecting feedback manually without any proper system in place posed significant challenges. Marc Gimeno, the head of product at Ready Player Me, oversees a multidisciplinary team working on the company's avatar solution implemented by thousands of applications globally, catering to diverse industries, including video games, education, and social networks. He highlights the challenges Ready Player Me faced before using Olvy. Since they were collecting feedback from multiple channels such as: ▸ Slack, ▸ Discord community of 70,000+ users, ▸ HubSpot, ▸ User calls, ▸ Feedback from the internal team of 80+ employees and 30+ million users monthly, ▸ Survey widgets on their website, etc. Moreover, Ready Player Me is integrated with 9,000+ apps or games. For such a large-scale company like them, it has been a nightmare to manually manage and analyze feedback from all these places. Since they've started using Olvy, it has become much easier. Our team just wrapped up an intense project for the Base ☀ OᑎᑕᕼᗩIᑎ ᔑᑌᗰᗰEᖇ ☀ Buildathon. We set out to make NFTs more useful in the real world, and it was quite the ride. We expanded ID8R to let users create custom merch from their NFTs - think postcards, business cards, and badges. We also added a stickers feature for slapping Nouns Noggles on your favourite NFT avatars. Technically, it was a challenge. Integrating Konva.js for dynamic graphic placement threw us some curveballs. We had to get creative with coordinate tracking when flipping and rotating images. We also added support for new media types, SVG, to enable Nouns customization. The project exposed some of our technical debt, pushing us to continue refactoring from JavaScript to TypeScript. It has been a valuable learning experience, reminding us of the importance of scalable, maintainable code. We're excited to see how the web3 community will use these new features. It's a small step, but we believe it'll help make digital ownership more tangible and meaningful. See our submission here: https://lnkd.in/g_NUFpnw

How to make 100 people answer the list of 75 questions? Make it fun and personalized! // example in the comments Our startup was #stuck, so I needed to create a survey to understand user pains and features they want. I came up with a list of 75 questions! Who the hell would bother filling out such a long list? Even I couldn't do it! Worse, I needed detailed descriptions of their feature expectations and for them to join the #waitlist 😅 So I turned to what I loved most - #gaming. I transformed the list of 75 questions into a clickable game: ☝️ One question at a time ✌️ Four options to select 🪄 A magic wand to create your ideal app Now it was a 75-slide survey, I nervously handed it to my #busy partner... It took her 10 minutes to fill out (TOO LONG! I thought), and she said, "Wow, that was fun!" ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ The only way to make people do something is to make them want to do that. #Dale_Carnegie What would made you fill your own survey? ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ Key strategies: ➥ Transform long lists into clickable slides ➥ Use fantasy; add a fun element ➥ Personalize using respondents’ names for longer answers And the #most #important #advice: Make respondents feel they are creating something for themselves (#IKEA effect). This approach led to 100 people (42% complete rate) finishing the survey and joining the waitlist, with a 41% conversion rate. You can checkout the final survey in the comments below 👇(Czech version only)
